Update task progress

In order to have a successful project, team members must actively collaborate on the project. The essence of the collaboration is that team members update the progress of the tasks they have been assigned. This way, project managers can have a better overview of the project flow, but also a better overview of the team’s performance and capacity.

Before team members start updating task progress, the project manager needs to create and publish the project to Seavus Project Server:

• Create project plan using MS® Project Standard/Professional 2003/2007.
• Manage project team/map resources through Seavus Project Evolution toolbar.
• Publishes the *.mpp file on Seavus Project Server.
• Unlocks the project for editing.
