Our new Seavus Project Evolution suite will provide an integrated
project collaboration environment for your organization at low purchasing
and implementation costs.
The suite is consisted of 4 components accessing Seavus Project Server:
- Seavus Project Viewer
- Seavus Web Client
- Seavus Project Evolution add-in for Microsoft Project
- Seavus Project Evolution add-in for Microsoft Outlook
Online/Offline work mode
Both project managers and team members can work in online and offline mode. Offline
mode stores cached projects on a default location on your PC. As soon as
you finish updating your project file, you can login to server and upload the changes.
Task update
Team members update the task progress(actual work or % completed) and request
from the project owner to approve the updated task. Project owners then decide whether
they will accept or reject the task update.
Issue tracking
Projects often face issues that need to be resolved if not to disturb the project
flow. With the Seavus Project Evolution issue tracking system, issues can be associated
with particular projects and tasks and can be assigned to the responsible team member.
Wiki collaboration
Project collaboration is critical to successful project management. Creating and
editing wikis provides each team member with the opportunity to become an active
contributor in sharing knowledge with the rest of the project team.
